Senior Port Captain

Academic degree in maritime navigation or port management: at least a Bachelor’s degree.
Maritime navigation license: such as an approved sea captain certificate.
Comprehensive understanding of port operations and maritime procedures: ability to manage operations effectively.
Strong leadership skills: Ability to lead crews and manage teams.
Communication and negotiation skills: interacting effectively with government agencies and customers.
Ability to make decisions under pressure: deal with emergency situations efficiently.
English Proficiency: Good spoken and written English skills.
