Senior Community Care Assistant

Are you an experienced Care Professional and looking for a new challenge

We are looking for kind caring professional and bubbly people to come and join our team on as a Senior Care Professional. For this role you MUST hold your Level 2 in Health & Social Care AND be willing to complete your Level 3.

Pay 12.70 per hour 35 hours per week. 19.05 for Bank holidays. Travel time paid at 30p per call.

BradCare are a Domiciliary Care company based in Swadlincote providing care to Services users in their own homes. We cover Swadlincote and the surrounding areas.

For this position you must hold a Full UK Driving License and have access to a vehicle.

Shifts available 06.00 to 14.30 & 15.00 to 22.00

Requirements

The Role:
Support care assistants in the community & on induction.
Be a role model for new and existing staff supporting with shadowing shifts.
Carry out risk assessments/ reviews in Service users home.
Participate in on call duties.
Spot checks informing office of any good/bad practices.
Medication trained.
Act and cope well under pressure and in emergency situations.
Good written and verbal communication is essential.
