Conveyancing Fee Earner

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including sales & purchase remortgage transfers of equity new build right to buy retirement shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
  
• Processing cases in a timely and cost effective manner.
  
• Liaising directly with clients estate agents and lenders.
  
• Developing professional relationships both with clients and Introducers.
  
• Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
  
• To manage own work allocation productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision.
  
• Meeting clients and taking detailed instructions.

• Be IT literate with experience of using a webbased case management system
  
• Understanding the importance of communicating with clients solicitors and introducers.
