Role Description
You will be required to communicate in German via phone email and chat and document customer interactions and feedback.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English B2
- Customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide efficient solutions multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic fastpaced and changing environment
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail with the ability to analyze diagnose and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player adaptable and flexible
- Prior experience using CRM software and other support tools is a plus
