Art Director

fewStones Pte Ltd is a dynamic Videography and Photography agency based in Singapore providing services to a wide spectrum of clients and committed to producing highquality impactful visual content. We specialise in 2D 3D and Live Action videos as well as corporate photography. Types of projects include live streaming corporate videos and brand videos to name a few.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Art Director to join our team and help us elevate our creative output. This is a remote position based in the Philippines.

As an Art Director you will be a pivotal member of our creative team working closely with our relationship managers creative director producers editors animators and illustrators. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing pitch decks ensuring storyboards align with clientapproved creative direction and overseeing scripting. You will also be responsible for maintaining the visual integrity and consistency of our projects from concept to completion to deliver stunning and inspiring videos beyond expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team relationship manager and creative director to develop and present compelling pitch decks that effectively communicate creative ideas and concepts to clients.
  

• Work with producers to ensure that storyboards created by illustrators accurately reflect the agreedupon creative direction.
  

• Ensure that scripts are engaging coherent and align with the overall project vision.
  

• Provide creative direction and work closely with the producers to provide feedback to illustrators editors and animators to maintain a high standard of visual storytelling.
  

• Ensure that all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and client expectations.
  

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate innovative ideas for client projects.
  

• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure our creative output remains cuttingedge.
  

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  

• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment encouraging team members to reach their full potential.
  

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts Visual Arts or a related field.
  

• Minimum of 23 years of experience in a similar role preferably within a corporate video agency or a creative agency.
  

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects including pitch decks storyboards and scripts.
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly and persuasively.
  

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects).
  

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling typography color theory and branding principles.
