PHP Developer - Sri Lanka

We are looking for an experienced PHP (Laravel Developer) to join our dedicated and friendly team. The technology stack is PHP/Laravel and MySQL. The role requires having a clear understanding of our business requirements translating them into technical specifications and implementation on the platform. Were looking for someone thats not only a seniorlevel developer but also for someone that can make moves with Laravel. This role includes:

• Working closely with other developers to solve complex problems.
  

• Continuously improve on system by engaging with leadership team and contributing new ideas.
  

• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  

• Writing clean code per company coding standards in a timely and scalable manner.
  

• Working in small crossfunctional teams to build ship and maintain the company s products.
  

• Communicating directly with users to gather requirements and feedback.
  

• Code reviews automated testing CI.
  

Requirements

• You have 25 years development experience with proven ability to work autonomously and deliver highquality results in a timely manner.
  

• High proficiency with serverside languages with particular expertise in PHP and Laravel.
  

• You have a high level of expertise with the architecture for webapplications and databases optimizing MySQL and monitoring their performance.
  

• You have an eye for quality code easily identifying code that needs rework.
  

• You re a team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  

• You have a knack for explaining complex concepts to the nontechnically minded.
  

• You must attend the office at least 3 days in a week
