Job Description

Our client is looking for a Warehouse / Customer Service Associate to join their team! This is a hybrid role with a focus on warehouse tasks but also customer service related responsibilities. Our client is a progressive innovative and growing coffee distributor with showroom providing the finest coffee equipment espresso machines and accessories with a focus on quality resulting in many raving fans.

Salary:
$18.00 $20.00 per hour full benefits

Hours of Work:
Monday Friday 9:00am 5:00pm.
Overtime is a possibility.

Responsibilities

Warehouse (Primary)
  • Working independently to both pick and ship orders.
  • Ensure that the correct items are located and shipped.
  • Keep records of completed orders.
  • Assisting with the organizing and cleaning warehouse.
  • Adherence to all safety processes.
Customer Service (Secondary)
  • Answering inbound sales related phone calls emails or webchat conversations.
  • Greeting guests as they enter the store location/showroom and demonstrating the machines to prospective buyers.
  • Handling instore transactions including cash and debit/credit.


Requirements

  • A love for coffee and being a specialty coffee enthusiast is an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs (not repetitive or constant)
  • Ability to work fulltime 40 hours per week.
  • Demonstrable work ethic and reliability.
  • Attention to detail and good time management skills.
  • You are a great communicator and enjoy being around people.
  • You are looking to grow within a progressive organization with longterm career opportunities.
  • You have experience handling cash and other transactions.
