Job Description
Our client is looking for a Warehouse / Customer Service Associate to join their team! This is a hybrid role with a focus on warehouse tasks but also customer service related responsibilities. Our client is a progressive innovative and growing coffee distributor with showroom providing the finest coffee equipment espresso machines and accessories with a focus on quality resulting in many raving fans.
Salary:
$18.00 $20.00 per hour full benefits
Hours of Work:
Monday Friday 9:00am 5:00pm.
Overtime is a possibility.
Responsibilities
Warehouse (Primary)
- Working independently to both pick and ship orders.
- Ensure that the correct items are located and shipped.
- Keep records of completed orders.
- Assisting with the organizing and cleaning warehouse.
- Adherence to all safety processes.
Customer Service (Secondary)
- Answering inbound sales related phone calls emails or webchat conversations.
- Greeting guests as they enter the store location/showroom and demonstrating the machines to prospective buyers.
- Handling instore transactions including cash and debit/credit.
Requirements
A love for coffee and being a specialty coffee enthusiast is an asset. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs (not repetitive or constant) Ability to work fulltime 40 hours per week. Demonstrable work ethic and reliability. Attention to detail and good time management skills. You are a great communicator and enjoy being around people. You are looking to grow within a progressive organization with longterm career opportunities. You have experience handling cash and other transactions.
