We are looking for a recruitment consultant to join our team based in London UK.
A Responsibilities:
* Commercial:
Build and develop a client portfolio targeting and identifying key contacts at prospective companies through telephone prospecting mailing and networking.
Negotiating and closing deals with clients
Building and maintaining strong longlasting client relationships
*Sourcing & Recruitment
Develop a strong understanding of our markets (temporary work B2B services etc.) in the UK
Understand the business expectations and culture of each clients company.
Write job offers and post them on our website as well as various job boards.
Source candidates via job boards and social networks.
Proactively approach identified candidates by phone.
Communicate with candidates to understand their career goals and match them to appropriate positions.
Conduct interviews by phone and videoconference.
Match the best candidates with the best positions and client companies.
Write interview reports for our clients.
Provide personalised followup with candidates throughout the recruitment process and after their placement.
B Skills and Experience
12 years of experience in a recruitment or commercial role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently engage with candidates and effectively convey information about career opportunities.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
C Salary and Benefits:
Annual fixed salary: 25600 to 35000 (depending on experience) uncapped commissions.
Beautiful offices in the heart of London Hammersmith (bars restaurants etc.).
