Head - Data Analytics

• Lead and inspire a team of data engineers and analytics professionals fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and excellence.
  
• Define and articulate the strategic vision for the Data Analytics Technology Unit (TU) translating it into actionable execution strategies.
  
• Champion presales engineering efforts by effectively positioning our core technology and solution differentiators to potential clients.
  
• Provide guidance and leadership to project delivery teams ensuring successful solution implementation and delivery.
  
• Drive the development of competitive solution offerings tailored to both local and foreign markets across chosen industries.
  
• Evaluate and select technology partnerships to enhance our solution offerings and deliver maximum business value to our clients.
  
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on opportunities in core solution areas.
  
• Support project managers in overcoming technical delivery bottlenecks and optimizing project delivery methodologies.
  
• Contribute technical expertise to crossfunctional teams assisting in the design and architecture of endtoend technical solutions.
  
• Lead the evolution of our project delivery methodology to drive continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to team members empowering them to deliver highquality solutions.
  
• Cultivate and nurture partnerships with technology vendors driving joint marketing initiatives and gotomarket strategies.
  

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  
• Demonstrated experience in architecting designing and delivering complex data engineering and analytics solutions with a track record of leading successful teams.
  
• Proven ability to provide technical presales leadership and drive effective win strategies for data solutions.
  
• Experience working with demanding clients in dynamic environments showcasing adaptability and resourcefulness.
  
• Strong domain knowledge in the banking and/or telecom sectors is highly advantageous.
  
• Technical expertise across various areas of data engineering and analytics including data architecture integration management reporting visualization and machine learning.
  
• Masters degree in Data and AI or equivalent industry experience complemented by a Bachelors degree in Computer Science.
  
• Professional certifications in relevant technologies are preferred demonstrating ongoing commitment to skill development and mastery.
