GROW Women Leaders is looking to hire a Project Manager with a background in Business Coaching and Equity Diversity Inclusion and Accessibility (EDIA) to oversee an upcoming project focused on helping women especially immigrants and BIWoC get hired and advance their careers.
Job Description:
As the Project Manager you will oversee the entire project ensuring the creation of meaningful connections between job seekers and employers elevating awareness and fostering community engagement. You will be responsible for coaching businesses on equitable recruitment strategies and ensuring the project s objectives are met.
Oversee the development of educational materials on inclusive recruitment and leadership development.
Conduct research on EDIA to be applied to coaching and workshops.
Oversee work on data collection and management baseline and progress measurement outcome evaluation impact assessment feedback loops and reporting and dissemination.
Coach businesses on best practices for equitable and competencybased recruitment strategies addressing fundamental issues of social and racial inequalities within the business landscape.
Conduct consultations with businesses on best practices.
Document best practices and lessons learned for future scalability
Conduct regular reporting and final evaluation report on the project.
Engage with employers and community partners to promote GROW s initiatives.
Present to employers and advocate for changes in hiring practices and workplace culture.
Collaborate with partners for expertise and resource sharing.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring all goals and objectives are met.
Help develop and implement educational materials and coaching programs on inclusive recruitment.
Oversee and support team members in data collection and impact assessment.
Coach and consult with businesses on equitable and competencybased recruitment strategies.
Engage and partner with employers to promote inclusive recruitment practices.
Monitor and evaluate project success against planned objectives.
Document and share best practices and lessons learned for future projects.
Conduct a final year evaluation report on the project.
Coordinate marketing and advocacy efforts with other organizations.
Promote GROW s mission and work to external partners and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Experience in EDIA business coaching and community engagement.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with employers and community partners.
Proficiency in data analysis and integrating data into program development.
Understanding of diversity equity and inclusion principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Social Work Education or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management business coaching or a related role.
Proven experience in EDIA and coaching businesses on recruitment strategies.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Understanding of inclusive hiring practices and workplace culture transformation.
