Job Details
  • 2 Clinic Locations:
    • Koreatown in Los Angeles
    • Torrance
  • Full Time Permanent Position
  • Monday Friday 8:00AM 5:00PM
  • Competitive Salary


Responsibilities
  • Manage all clinic employees to ensure all processes procedures and expectations are being adhered to with the objective of providing high quality patient care.
  • Mentor and guide staff members to help them achieve their highest levels of potential
  • Ensure compliance of state requirements and license updates
  • Ensure proper medical records management and HIPPA compliance
  • Review medical billing and reports
  • Oversee efficient utilization of medication laboratory inventory supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate with vendor services
  • Manage company payroll AR and AP
  • Stay on top of AR/AP


Requirements

  • Must have at least 3 years of Medical Office Management experience
  • Knowledgeable with Medical Insurance Verification procedures
  • Experienced with Payroll Processing AP/AR
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
  • Good grasp of medical terminologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding multitasker
  • Ability to promote camaraderie in the office
  • Great work ethic
  • Professional demeanor
  • Associate or Bachelor s Degree preferred
  • Able to speak in either Korean Japanese or Spanish preferred.
