Job Description
- Prepare accounting memos based on UK GAAP/IFRS for material, highly judgemental and complex transactions and provide justification for accounting treatment as well as keep appropriate records and workings
- Lead the UK GAAP to IFRS transition
- Identify reporting disclosure requirements within consolidated financial statements to comply with regulatory requirements as a private company or listed company
- Guide and support the rest of the team with the implementation of new accounting standards and group reporting processes (IFRS 2, IFRS 16, IFRS 9, etc)
- Assist with reviewing group consolidated financial statements
