Job Description

Job Quick Facts:

Service Setting: Inpatient

Reason For Coverage: Supplemental

Coverage Period: Jun 26, 2023 - Ongoing

Coverage Type: Clinical Only

Shift Schedule: (5) 8-hr shifts/week

- Will consider (4) 10-hr

Patient Volume: 2-5

% of Practice: 80% General; 10% OB

Anesthesiologists in Practice: 70+; 12 CRNAs

Support Staff: 1 NP/PA, 1 RN, 1 MA, & 1 Office Staff

Case Mix: Cardiac, Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric, Regional, & Thoracic

Procedures:

- General Anesthesia (Adult)

- Spinal Anesthesia

- Epidural Anesthesia

- Regional Anesthesia Surgery

No of OR: Up to 60

EMR: Epic

Other Info:

- Willing to float in 4 other facilities

- Will be responsible for preparing anesthesia cart

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active OR License or IMLC
