Phoenix House Foundation Inc is a leading nonprofit organization in the field of addiction treatment and recovery. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter. This is a fulltime position located in Los Altos Hills CA.

Responsibilities:

Contact potential clients via phone email and other forms of communication to schedule appointments for our treatment programs

Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all appointments and followup activities

Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for generating leads and setting appointments

Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients

Meet and exceed monthly appointment setting goals

Continuously strive to improve and optimize the appointment setting process

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred

Previous experience in appointment setting or sales preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Knowledge of addiction treatment and recovery is a plus
