Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies policies and programs to support the organizations mission vision and objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process including sourcing candidates conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  • Manage employee onboarding orientation and offboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for new and departing employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters including performance management disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
  • Lead and coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills knowledge and performance.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations including FMLA ADA FLSA and EEOC requirements.
  • Develop and administer employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and wellness initiatives.
  • Oversee employee relations activities including employee engagement surveys recognition programs and communication strategies.
  • Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure accurate and uptodate employee records.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Lead diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and respect in the workplace.
  • Stay informed about HR trends best practices and legal developments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

To qualify for this role you must meet the following:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • SHRMCP or SHRMSCP certification is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR management roles with at least 5 of experience in a leadership position.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management training and development and compliance.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies policies and programs that support organizational objectives.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and make datadriven decisions.
