Job description
- To manage portfolio of accounts in the Corporate segments to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded for the Hotel and AccorHotels
- To maximize revenue by selling all facets of the Hotel to previous current and potential clients
- To develop and participate in sales and business strategies to drive business growth relevant to the business objectives of the Hotel
- To identify major prospects and formulate action plan and sales strategy with the objective of servicing and converting potentials to business clients
- To handle guest complaints as and when required and take necessary actions to rectify and carry out service recovery
- System proficiency to have full knowledge of Opera and Delphi
- Discreetness to be able to keep confidential matters.
- Creativity to find creative ways and means to improve present practices procedures or
methods - Administrative skills to be able to maintain files properly
- Sales calls to accomplish minimum 6 sales calls daily
- Sales blitz able to identify potential market / areas and conduct sales blitz
- Selling skills able to gather company profile identify clients needs and wants and convert into buying accounts
- Submission of reports to submit specific reports on time
- Communication skills maintain good communication skills with internal and external customers
- Business communications to conform with standard business writing and professional verbal communications
- Account management to manage the account well. Have indepth knowledge of the accounts and input all relevant information into Delphi
- Area management to have indepth knowledge of the market trends and current events of the area of responsibility
- Feedback to seek the opinion of the clients and disseminate information to department
concerned - Site inspection to be able to conduct a site inspection properly
Requirements:
- Diploma or recognized professional qualification in Hotel Management Business Administration Management
- 3 to 4 years of working experience in Sales team of a reputable 4 or 5 star Hotel property preferable in capacity of Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Sales Manager
- Experience in sales for Corporate/Government/Catering/MICE segmentation
- Possess established business network and accounts in Corporate/Government/Catering/MICE segmentation
- Technically competent in sales and/or marketing excellent business acumen analytical and leadership skills
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented
