Engineering Manager

Oversee the operations and maintenance division of our Floating Production Storage and
Offloading (FPSO) unit this experienced engineer manages technical activities and teams
of engineers.
2. Responsible for planning organizing and directing activities to ensure energy operations
are safe efficient reliable and in compliance with all established contracts agreements
policies laws and regulatory procedures. They make or approve major operating
business engineering and maintenance decisions.
3. Strategic responsibilities involve communicating with key stakeholders to determine
Operations and Maintenance goals objectives and reporting on outcomes.
4. Will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the engineering team
ensuring the effective management of all engineering operations and maintenance
activities on the FPSO.
5. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and strategies to optimize the
performance and reliability of all engineering systems equipment and machinery on
board.
6. Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and risks
proactively implementing corrective measures to ensure compliance with industry
standards and regulations.
7. Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including operations procurement and
safety to support the seamless integration of engineering processes and operations within
the FPSO.
8. Manage and oversee the execution of planned and unplanned maintenance activities
ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
9. Lead and mentor the engineering team fostering a culture of excellence innovation and
continuous improvement.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders vendors and
contractors to ensure the timely procurement of necessary equipment and services.
11. Stay updated with industry trends technological advancements and best practices.
