Job Description
Our client is looking for a L&D professionals who have worked on SAP Enable Now to implement the training modules to the different teams within GBS.
Major tasks and responsibilities of position
Serve as the CORE product owner for learning tools such as SAP Enable Now My Learning Academy.
Project manage the development and implementation of CORE Academy.
Collaborate with CORE Enabling team and Value Streams to implement training environments considering data requirements securities and authorization needs.
Maintain a thorough understanding of learning tool functionalities and ensure their alignment with global training objectives.
Ensure the availability and accessibility of training environments for different user groups.
Continuously optimize the use of learning tools for effective training delivery.
Actively participate in the development and enhancement of the learning tooling strategy.
Provide technical expertise and support for learning tools e.g. SAP Enable Now.
Partner with relevant teams within Global Business Services (GBS) to ensure compliance while streamlining processes.
