Job Title : Operations/Planning Analyst
Salary Range : $1300 $2000/ month
Working Hours : Monday to Friday flexible between 10am PST and 10pm PST

About the job:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our owner and manage various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent common sense initiative and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Logistics/Demand Planning:

• Update demand forecasts based on indepth analysis of sales trends market dynamics and other relevant factors ensuring precision and alignment with business goals.
• Recommend optimal timing for placing orders to suppliers based on updated demand forecasts lead times and inventory targets.
• Manage and maintain the overall operation and ownership of planning software Netstock including system configuration and data integrity.
• Utilize Netstock's forecasting and replenishment features to generate accurate demand forecasts and optimize inventory levels.
• Analyze Netstock data to generate reports identifying trends opportunities and areas for improvement in demand planning and inventory management.
• Conduct regular reviews with management of demand planning processes and proactively make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive ownership of the product database.
• Coordinate the building out of shipment plans and full container loads to optimize logistics efficiency and costeffectiveness.

Amazon Vendor and Seller Management:

• Ensure Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) is adequately stocked and fulfill inventory to meet customer demand.
• Review and manage weekly POs for Amazon Vendor ensuring sufficient stock at our warehouse for timely shipment.
• Oversee coordination with the warehouse to guarantee that shipments for Amazon Vendor orders are dispatched on schedule.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in demand planning.
• 13 years of experience with Amazon Vendor and Seller.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and work independently.
• Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills.
• Possess a selfstarting attitude that requires minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel and Word.
• Experience with Netsuite Netstock Shopify Amazon Seller and Amazon Vendor is a plus.
• Efficient in data entry with a strong emphasis on timeliness and accuracy.
