Traffic.barnetwork working on CPA/CPC. This is a large platform for generating and converting. Thousands of requests per second several terabytes of data. We use the most bleedingedge technologies that allow us to speed up development make scaling under high load painless not be afraid to experiment with new things and not really save on infrastructure.

We are looking for a proactive and resultorientedAffiliate Manager. Its a fulltime position remote or at the office (Relocation to Cyprus or be ready for business trips to Cyprus).

Responsibilities:

• Developing maintaining and growing business with new Affiliates;
• Seeking new partnerships and developing existing partnerships;
• Setting up CPA/CPL/CPC campaigns;
• Managing partners budgets;
• Working with internal teams: devs designers;
• Performance Analysis;
• Assuring quality for our advertising partners by growing longterm relationships that deliver topnotch quality traffic.

Necessary skills:

• Have work experience as an Affiliate Manager of at least 2 years;
• Experienced in working with both CPL and CPA types of offers;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven track record of growing business with large customer accounts;
• Already in possession of an extensive network in thedating vertical;
