On behalf of ADS van STIGT MARPRO Group is looking for a Purchaser & Logistics Coordinator for the office in Gorinchem. You will report to the companys Manager Sales.

The job

As Purchaser & Logistics Coordinator you take care of regular and projectrelated purchasing. Actively monitoring price and delivery time is natural priority and part of your daily routine. You are independent and enjoy to optimize the purchasing process and stock management system.

You are responsible for setting up managing and maintaining the companys product database. You are able to think in a processoriented structured way. You set this up efficiently and effectively also taking into account (un)expected future requirements.

You are the linking pin towards ADS van STIGTs principals and suppliers with whom you will build up excellent relationships.

Additional responsibilities

• Delivery times price and database quality are your number one priority.
• You identify potential new suppliers.
• You keep up with market developments.
• In close cooperation with a multidisciplinary team of colleagues you determine the requirements for articles to be purchased in terms of quantity quality and specifications.

Professional qualifications

• MBO or HBO level education relevant working experience and preferably a NEVI 1 diploma or willingness to obtain
• Proficiency in Dutch and English
• Proficiency in German and/or French language is considered beneficial
• You have affinity with technology
• You are excellent at keeping an overview.
• You are independent and well organized.
• You like to create structured processes and improve quality and efficiency.
• You are not daunted by a large article administration and ready to further develop our product and stock management.
• You are reliable and responsible.
• You are a teamplayer who likes to build solutions together with a multidisciplinary team.

In opdracht van ADS van STIGT is MARPRO Group op zoek naar een Inkoper & Logistiek Cordinator voor het kantoor in Gorinchem waarbij je rapporteert aan de Manager Sales.

De functie

Als Inkoper & Logistiek Cordinator zorg je voor de reguliere en projectgerelateerde inkoop. Het actief monitoren van prijs en levertijd is voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Je bent zelfstandig en hebt er plezier in om het inkoopproces en voorraadbeheer te optimaliseren.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de inrichting het voorraadbeheer en onderhoud van het volledige artikelbestand van ADS van STIGT. Je bent in staat om procesgericht en gestructureerd te denken. Je richt het artikelbestand efficint en effectief in waarbij je ook rekening houdt met (on)verwachte toekomstige eisen.

Je bent de schakel naar de principalen en leveranciers van ADS van STIGT met wie je uitstekende relaties opbouwt.

Aanvullende verantwoordelijkheden

• Levertijd prijs en accuratesse staan bij jou op nummer n.
• Je maakt een inventarisatie van potentile nieuwe leveranciers.
• Je volgt de ontwikkelingen in de markt. Je begrijpt welke ontwikkelingen gaande zijn in de supply chain en wat voor gevolgen dat heeft voor ADS van STIGT.
• In nauwe samenwerking met een multidisciplinair team van collegas bepaal je de eisen aan de aan te schaffen artikelen op het gebied van kwantiteit kwaliteit en specificaties.

Beroepskwalificaties

• MBO of HBO opleidingsniveau relevante werkervaring en bij voorkeur NEVI 1 diploma of bereidheid deze te behalen.
• Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
• Beheersing van de Duitse en/of Franse taal wordt gezien als een pr
• Je hebt een nononsense persoonlijkheid en hebt enige affiniteit met techniek
• Je bent uitstekend in staat om het overzicht te bewaren.
• Je bent zelfstandig en goed georganiseerd.
• Je vindt het leuk om structuur aan te brengen en de kwaliteit van inkoop en voorraadbeheer te verbeteren. Je bent klaar om ons product en voorraadbeheer verder te ontwikkelen.
• Je bent betrouwbaar en verantwoordelijk. Je kunt onder druk werken.
• Je bent een teamplayer die graag samen met een multidisciplinair team aan oplossingen bouwt.
