About the role Reel Unlimited is looking for a talented and motivated Brand Designer to join our team as a fulltime employee. This position offers a competitive salary while creating stunning and cohesive brand identities for our clients.

Tasks

• Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos color palettes typography and brand guidelines.
• Create visually appealing and consistent branding materials across various mediums (digital print social media etc.).
• Design brand assets such as business cards letterheads social media templates and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand brand values target audience and business goals.
• Translate brand strategies into visual concepts and designs that effectively communicate the brands message.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and create brand style guides.
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with project managers clients and colleagues to deliver highquality brand designs.
• Produce drafts and make revisions based on the feedback received.
• Deliver 35 branding projects per day with a usual turnaround time of 24 hours.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in brand design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse brand identity projects.
• Proficient in design tools especially Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of branding principles visual identity systems and brand strategy.
• Excellent skills in logo design typography and creating cohesive brand experiences.
• Fluent in English (mandatory) both written and verbal communication.
• Ability to consistently meet 24hour project turnarounds.
• Capacity to handle 35 branding projects per day.
• Strong communication problemsolving and design skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and clienthandling experience.
• Team player with a sense of humor.
