What you will be doing:

• Work three days per week from one chosen location
• Communicate virtually each week with the second office
• Handle cases in areas such as Tort and Employment Law Medical Malpractice Litigation and Health Care Law (including criteria for guardianships conservatorships and involuntary commitments)

Experience you will need:

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of civil litigation experience
• General courtroom experience
• Familiarity with the rules of court in the Superior District and Probate courts
