Junior Account Executive Skudai

• Assist in managing daytoday accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
  
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  
• Support monthend and yearend close processes.
  
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  
• Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
  
• 02 years of relevant accounting experience.
  
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
  
• Familiarity with accounting software.
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Good organizational and time management skills.
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
