Job Description
Adams Limitless is hired by some of the industries largest and fastest growing residential and commercial developers and builders across North America to help build their elite teams.
As Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing construction projects and developing cost estimates that accurately reflect the scope, schedule, and budget requirements of each project. You will work closely with our project managers, engineering teams, and clients to ensure that each estimate is thorough and complete.
Responsibilities:
Identify and quantify project risks and contingencies, and incorporate them into the estimates.
Review and interpret bid documents, contracts, and other legal agreements.
Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and clients to identify project requirements and constraints.
Prepare and submit bid proposals in a timely and accurate manner.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and provide regular updates to the project team.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior estimators on the team.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction estimating.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in estimating software and other tools, such as Bluebeam, Procore, or PlanSwift.
Experience with industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents.
