Our client is a leading real estate developer and property management company, and is currently looking for a dynamic and driven Sr Decor Consultant to join their team
Overseeing appointments and presentation of the space at sales centers
Assisting in the development, review, documentation, and implementation of training programs for new hires
Creating, preparing, and maintaining on-site sales tools such as AVID info, sales packages, welcome packages, and marketing materials
Managing CRM data, including input, reliability, and system functionality
Preparing new communities for launch in the POS system and anticipating future releases and planning
Facilitating blackline/marketing plan changes/corrections and communication
Coordinating sales office set up and maintenance
Preparing all sales offices for sale, including technical set up, fixtures, and delivery/setup (in coordination with Marketing)
Supporting new project launches and ensuring accuracy and facilitating changes
Conducting regular on-site meetings with the Sales team to discuss CRM leads and lead management
Working with the Director of Sales on quarterly targets and reporting
Reviewing APS and Condo Docs and related documents for new community launches and managing changes/updates
Monitoring incentives and proposing changes or special promotions
Being an AVID representative for sales and aiming to improve customer service
Liaising with marketing to ensure effective communication of new incentives and promotions for all communities
Managing and handling all customer escalations and finding resolutions
Managing special projects as required
Supporting all customer experience initiatives, including external communications, fielding calls, and providing customer support
Liaising with various suppliers and vendors for all sales/marketing needs
Assisting with communication between internal/external stakeholders such as sales reps, solicitors, external brokers, and service providers
Leading ongoing sales activities from system setup, database management, and client correspondence
Ensuring all assigned processes are documented, and important dates are tracked, and transaction files are maintained
Demonstrating initiative to improve processes and solve problems
Working cooperatively with internal/external teams throughout the sales cycle
Gathering and maintaining market data
Concentrating on autonomous projects and activities with superior detail
Being adaptable with a can-do attitude while supporting multiple tasks
Providing exceptional customer service
Requirements
Polished and professional in manner and appearance
Consultative sales training and experience
Knowledge of and experience with a broad range of design styles
Experience specifying materials for interiors to meet specific client criteria
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook
Knowledge and experience with a broad range of color and design styles is an asset
Ability to read design plans is an asset
Patience when dealing with customers
Ability to work under stress
