The Head of Human Resources is a fantastic role for an experienced HR Leader who can work at strategic and operational level incorporating multiple projects concurrently. We require a HR professional who is preferably from a manufacturing background, and comfortable challenging, bringing ideas to the table but understands the need for patience in a dynamic and innovative firm.
This role will suit someone with experience in a product led business with a similar staffing level. (600-800+ staff).
The role will involve providing strategic counselling to the Production Leadership Team on various Human Resources topics to support moving the business forward. The person in this position is responsible for overseeing the Senior Teams responsible for H&S and ISO, therefore knowledge and understanding is key. Ensure that policies are applied in a consistent manner to ensure reduction of risk for the company and the employee. Provide independent insight into the impact of such initiatives on personnel.
Lead the development, dissemination and interpretation of personnel policies and their implementation at the site, providing consultation to the management team on leadership initiatives. Drive forward workforce planning, Human Resource and Communications initiatives with the assistance from the positive and driven HR Team.
