Job Description
Education: High school diploma as a minimum. Courses in hospitality management or a related field are preferred.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and meet guests' needs in a professional manner.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Attention to detail: Attention to detail to ensure the provision of an outstanding guest experience, and to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the area designated for service.
