Relationship Manager

Job Description

The Relationship Manager is responsible for building managing and improving relationships with VVIP clients. Acting as the single point of contact for these clients postsale the Relationship Manager will handle inquiries requests and concerns ensuring timely resolutions. Additional responsibilities include conducting regular social calls to clients to strengthen rapport and enhance brand loyalty.

Job Qualifications

• Must have held a senior position in a frontline post for 3 years or more (hospitality sales private banks airlines).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lead and work within a team
• Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Must be fluent in or able to speak and understand Mandarin or Fukien
