Commercial Producer

Our client is a leading insurance agency specializing in personal employee benefits and commercial lines. They have a strong presence in niche markets such as workers compensation transportation/trucking public entities and general commercial lines. They are currently seeking a Commercial Producer to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Selfgenerate prospects and establish strong relationships to build a pipeline of potential clients
• Consult with businesses crosssell products and create opportunities for other departments
• Close deals and contribute to the overall growth of the agency
• Maintain communication with clients and provide exceptional service

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Property & Casualty insurance with previous experience in a captive agency
• Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience ideally in selling B2B commercial lines
• Interest in specializing in vertical markets such as healthcare construction software/technology finance real estate auto dealerships auto shops and retail
• Experience working with small to mediumsized businesses
• Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
