Position: Investment Banking Analyst

Our Client a leading investment bank in Richmond VA is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join their team as an Investment Banking Analyst. This is a fulltime permanent position with excellent opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support investment banking transactions including mergers and acquisitions capital raising and other strategic advisory services

Research and analyze market trends industry developments and company financials to identify potential opportunities for clients

Prepare pitch materials presentations and other marketing materials for client meetings and presentations

Collaborate with senior team members to assist in the execution of transactions and support the overall deal process

Develop and maintain relationships with clients investors and other key stakeholders

Assist in the preparation of client proposals and participate in client meetings and due diligence processes

Keep uptodate with industry news and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and the team

Support the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability

Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field

12 years of experience in investment banking corporate finance or a related field

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial analysis software

Knowledge of investment banking industry and market trends

Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment

Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow within the company
