Job Description
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse Travel LPN
Location: Lebanon PA 17042
Payrate: $34/hourly
Duration: 14 Weeks Contract
Guarantee Hours: 32 Hours
Shift: 2:45 PM 11:15 PM

Your pay is based on whether you are in a local or travel position. A travel position is defined as residing more than 50 miles from the facility.
Position Overview:
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. This travel position requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to various healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Provide wound care including dressing changes and suture removal.
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing and eating.
- Educate patients and families on healthcare management and procedures.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to various healthcare settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
