Position: NOC Senior Technician
Location: Bellevue WA/ TX /Kansas KS
Duration: 16 Months
Job Type: Contract
Work Type: Onsite
Job Description:
- Monitoring all TFB specific nodes (MLB BCH Airport sites Core network connections for Movius SASE)
- NOC to NOC engagement from all business customers
- Swivel hair between partner and NOC to NOC relationships
- Ticket governace on all TFB ticket types for network
- Vendor Maintenance check in and escalations
- Tier 1 Troubleshooting / Triage
- Ultra high containment
