Position: ATAC (High level engineers)
Location: Bellevue WA 98006
Duration: 4 Months
Job Type: Contract
Work Type: Onsite
Job Description:
- Escalations path for TFB NOC and EBS teams
- Service Experts/Automation Development
- Resolves and drives complex business customer outage restoration
- Ultra High containment Rate
- Engages ATAC peers for prioritized support enabling near real time outage mitigation
- Partners /Drives Root cause analysis
- Partners with Ops readiness and New products to ensure Business Support capabilities prior to go to market
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) level support in multiple disciplines for end to end production network and solutions design review validation testing and operations acceptance for all new or expansion nodes/platforms or services being introduced into TMobile Voice Data Messaging and Mobile Internet wireless networks.
- MF Weekend on call
