Java Backend Developer

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining Javabased applications services and APIs. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features and be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop highvolume lowlatency applications for missioncritical systems and delivering highavailability and performance.
Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
Write well designed testable efficient code.
Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
Prepare and produce releases of software components.
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
Required Skills and Experience:
Profound insight into Java and JEE internals
Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Data)
Experience with RESTful web services
Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate JPA)
Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB Redis)
Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
Experience with Agile methodologies
Excellent problemsolving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with microservices architecture
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ Kafka)
Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript)
