Job Description

Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic sales department. This remote role involves leading and managing a team of sales representatives driving sales growth and ensuring sales targets are met. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the fashion retail industry.

Position Info:

  • Title: Sales Team Supervisor

  • Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Open new customers for the business through cold emails and cold calls.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the companys products and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
  • Lead mentor train and motivate a team of 35 sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth and expand the customer base.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics providing feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance set goals and address challenges.
  • Assist in recruiting training and developing new sales representatives.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify process improvements.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the USA Manager highlighting key achievements challenges and opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitors.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar sales management role in the fashion retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility for domestic and international business trips as required (up to three months).
  • Availability for latenight or earlymorning calls or VC meetings
