Responsibilities:
- Open new customers for the business through cold emails and cold calls.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of the companys products and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Lead mentor train and motivate a team of 35 sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth and expand the customer base.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics providing feedback and coaching to team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance set goals and address challenges.
- Assist in recruiting training and developing new sales representatives.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify process improvements.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the USA Manager highlighting key achievements challenges and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitors.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar sales management role in the fashion retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility for domestic and international business trips as required (up to three months).
