Job Description
Job Title: IT Executive
Experience: At least 2 years of experience
Salary: INR 18000 to 21000
Benefits: Free Lunch provided
Location: Lajpat Nagar
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Executive to lead our company s information technology initiatives. As an IT Executive you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT infrastructure managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT excellent leadership skills and the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives aligned with the company s business objectives.
- Oversee the organization s IT operations including infrastructure networks databases security systems and telecommunications.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions and upgrades to improve the performance and efficiency of IT systems.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices for information security.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and opportunities for innovation.
- Prepare and manage the IT budget ensuring costeffectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
- Stay current with trends and advancements in information technology and recommend relevant upgrades and improvements.
- Must be familiar with IOS Mac Android and others.
- Troubleshoot network like LAN WAN and VPN.
- To Control breakdowns relented Hardware and Application issues.
- To Manage proper functioning of all the software & windows.
- To Manage all internal and External issues.
- Taking Care of all Types of backup like User backup Email Backup and important software Backup.
- Prepare Daily Basis MIS reports.
- Responsible for all type of task whatever assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an IT Executive or similar role with a minimum of 2 years in IT management.
- Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills with a track record of managing and developing highperforming teams.
- Indepth knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure including networking cybersecurity cloud computing and data management.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels both technical and nontechnical.
- Certification in relevant IT areas (e.g. ITIL CISSP) is a plus.
