Overview:
The role of a Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Indian Curry is crucial in ensuring the quality and authenticity of Indian cuisine in the restaurant. Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie specializing in Indian cuisine
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field

- Demonstrated ability in menu planning and recipe development for Indian curry dishes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
