Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Artistic skills:

Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Proficiency in technical support and networking tools and software such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
Skills in troubleshooting and solving errors at the hardware and software levels.
Experience using ticket management software (Ticketing Systems) and remote support tools.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities: The ability to analyze and solve technical problems effectively and quickly, and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
