Job Description

COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree.
  • Have a degree or professional license.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Essential experience in maquila and metalworking companies.
  • Conversational English
  • Availability to travel.
  • Have a Visa and Passport

Experience:

  • Organizational Development
  • Human Resources
  • Training of instructors.
  • Organizational Communication
  • Use of software and technology (eLearning & Design)
  • STP (Training and NOM035)
  • Management of Social Networks
  • Internal Communication of Values and Philosophy
  • Management of WhatsApp and Facebook Groups
  • Training of Direct and Indirect Personnel: In charge of technical trainers
  • Technical training matrices.
  • Voice and Radio for Communication with the Employee
  • Human Resources Background
  • Organizational Events for approximately 300 people.
  • Coordination and Logistics of Visits (everything that involves from transportation).

Responsibilities:

  1. Promote the Organizational Culture which fosters effectiveness an environment attached to synergy motivation empowerment and permanence of the best talents.
  2. Manage budgets for events and activities; generate and publish all internal communication in accordance with CLFD Values as well as manage the social networks where it is published.
  3. Comply with and manage daily compliance with RIT NOM035 and HR Policies be an example with your attitude (Culture) performance and adherence to CLFD guidelines to increase the satisfaction and sense of belonging of your team to retain talent.
  4. Facilitate the integration certification and growth of assigned personnel training them both in the performance of their activities and in alignment with the Culture to retain talent and promote the development of skills.
  5. Attend punctually according to the Plan and successfully pass the Training and Capacity Building courses and programs assigned to yourself and your team to demonstrate your commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
