Job Description

Office Manager. Sandstone Care Group.

  • 37.5 Hours per week
  • £28200 £30000 per annum depending on experience
  • Office Based Chester City Centre.
  • 9am 5pm 5 days per week

Sandstone Care Group is a care home operator with an unrivalled reputation for delivering exceptional standards of care across its eight care homes throughout the North of England and Wales.

We are currently looking for an experienced office manager reporting to the Marketing and Recruitment Director who can join the Sandstone family and hit the ground running to oversee the smooth running of our Chester office.

As an Office Manager with Sandstone Care Group your role will involve:

  • Facilities management of the Chester office.
  • Financial administration for the recruitment and marketing team.
  • Attend and take minutes as required at Board and various senior leadership team meetings.
  • Assist with the implementation and monitoring of actions and action plans resulting from meetings.
  • Support with the production of relevant reports and papers including collation of data as necessary.
  • Preparing management reports for the Marketing and Recruitment Director.
  • Coordination of both internal and external meetings including room bookings.
  • Travel bookings and arrangements.
  • Management of group contacts and directories.

What are we looking for

  • You'll ideally have a at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in all PowerPoint and Microsoft packages.
  • Experience in diary management using Outlook 365.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills.
