Opening Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Global MNC Company)
A Global MNC Company is currently hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team and be based in their Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Holds a Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Psychology or its equivalent
- More than 3 years working experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter with good experience recruiting for IT Talents covering Business Analyst, Software Engineer, Product Manager and etc
- Work closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to identify the key hiring requirements and drafting out job descriptions
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available job vacancies, industry standards and business goals
- interact closely with senior management both locally and regionally covering recruitment activities, headcounts planning and etc
- Strategically source active and passive candidates using in-house software and external sourcing tools including job portals
- Actively involved with the overall interview process, attending and conducting interview sessions together with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Leverage data to provide strategic insights into the health of the hiring pipeline and provide coaching and training as needed
- Good communication and presentation skills
