Hiring Customer Service Executive for a leading BPO company to based in Kuala Lumpur
Key responsibilities include:
- At least possess a Diploma, Bachelor s Degree or equivalent.
- More than 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin.
