Job Description

Overview: Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically (email/Chat)
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Responding promptly with accurate and timely information to customer inquiries regarding products and services of the organization
  • Ensure all inquiries are answered in a professional and timely manner and transferred, where appropriate, to the relevant department
  • Follow up with customers to ensure high-level satisfaction and determine future requirements
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • To perform ad hoc duties assigned by team leader as and when needed

Requirements

Requirements:
  • At least 1-year experience in customer service roles; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Service-minded personnel with interest in helping and working with customers
  • A positive individual with a can do, results-driven approach and attitude
  • Ability to deliver high levels of service with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work as part of a team, support colleagues, and promote excellent team spirit
  • Able to handle customer complaints and deal effectively with upset customers
  • Willing to work in shift
  • Compulsory to be proficient in both English and Chinese Mandarin languages
  • Must be willing to relocate to the Philippines (Makati City, Manila)
