Job Description
Responsibilities:
- UI/UX Design:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers developers and other team members.
- Conduct user research create user personas and map out user journeys.
- Design wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups that adhere to usability and design standards.
- Perform usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.

- Graphic Design:
- Develop visually appealing graphics illustrations and layouts for various digital platforms.
- Design placards social media posts web apps and mobile apps that align with brand guidelines.
- Work on branding projects including logo design brand identity and style guides.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to ensure designs are contemporary and competitive.

- Collaboration:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure design consistency and brand alignment.
- Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Maintain and update design systems and libraries.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with USbased clients or companies.
- Familiarity with frontend development (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Any graduation related to design and media field.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in design.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX and Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator XD) and Figma.
- Understanding of US cultural aesthetics and design sensibilities with experience designing for the US market.
- Knowledge of Silicon Valley product design standards and best practices.
- Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design or a related field is preferred.
