WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient and smooth operation of our LED lighting product warehouse. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse management principles experience with inventory control systems and a commitment to safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a handson leader with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving storage picking packing and shipping of LED lighting products.
  
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize inventory flow and order fulfillment.
  
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software (WMS).
  
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
  
• Supervise and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
  
• Maintain a clean safe and organized warehouse environment.
  
• Coordinate with other departments such as purchasing sales and shipping to ensure smooth product flow.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of number years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar supervisory role.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and best practices.
  
• Experience with warehouse management software (WMS) is a plus.
  
• Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  
• Must be able to lift and maneuver moderate weights.
  
• Valid forklift operator license preferred.
