Job Description

This is a remote position.

SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level 2 Remote Support Engineer to join our IT support team. The Level 2 Remote Support Engineer will provide advanced technical support to our clients resolving complex issues remotely and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Experience providing IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft s core business applications and operating systems.
  • Technical understanding of operating systems business applications and network systems.
  • You will work closely with the Project Team Account Manager and NOC Engineer
  • Must be able to work and communicate with the night NOC Lead Engineer for the maintenance plan they desire to have executed along with any security scanning that needs to be done.
  • Drive results and/or remediation of any security audit items applicable to assigned Agent clients.
  • A Remote Support Engineer will be expected to delegate tasks to the proper level of engineer and follow up to make sure it was done properly and to client satisfaction.
  • All documentation is expected to be kept up to date so that any team member will be able to follow.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • The candidate shall have a minimum of 10 years IT experience and have knowledge in the following areas networking firewalls servers O365 Google Workspace wireless technologies Microsoft Active Directory among more virtualization backup technologies.
  • Highlevel process knowledge and technical skills relating to PCs and servers networking MS Cloud offerings required
  • Knowledge of Windowsbased server operating systems
  • Experience supporting businesslevel applications is preferred
  • Experience supporting mobile applications and backend technologies preferred
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to bring hospitality to each support ticket.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to stay organized during high volume.
  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills including active listening demonstrating empathy patience and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills to effectively interact with endusers and technical teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks work independently or as part of a team and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Should be willing to accept a longterm workfromhome arrangement.
  • Should be amenable to a permanent day shift schedule.
