Job Description
Adelphi is seeking qualified Optometrists to see patients with a wide variety of pathology and refractive needs and to properly identify and diagnose systemic issues at a facility in Richmond Texas. The optometrist will examine eyes for both vision and health problems and may correct refractive errors by prescribing eyeglasses.

Requirements:
Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree.
Minimum of three years relevant experience.
An active U.S. optometry license from the Texas Optometry Board without restrictions.
knowledgeable in the field of general medicine and of the principle of development implementation and documentation of individualized care and treatment in optometry.
Skilled in the care and treatment of patients and in the use of medical diagnostics and optometry services.
Responsibilities:
Delivers high quality medical services to individuals with intellectual disabilities in accordance with current accepted medical practices.
Comply with and act in good faith in the performance of their duties.
Perform excellent comprehensive eye exams in accordance with the facility s protocol and standards of care.
Provide a great eye exam experience and communicate eye health eyewear and prescription advice to patients.
