Position: Structures Technician (Lower and Assembly Technician) - BOMBARDIER
Job Location: Red Oak, Texas, USA
Requirements: Lower and Assembly Technician
Technical
Restore or repair defects using unique aircraft fastening hardware, composite materials, chemicals, adhesives, paints, and textiles.
Manufacture aircraft equipment, components or replacement items from base metals using special cutting tools and milling machines.
Fabricate and repair aircraft structures using composite, fiberglass, textiles, leather, plastic, and synthetic components.
Ensure that all maintenance operations are conducted in accordance with applicable legislation, company policies and procedures.
Troubleshoot aircraft s structural systems to identify problems and adjust/repair the defects according to specifications, technical drawings, manuals, and established procedures.
Perform and document scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance as dictated by the manufacturer,

Follow up as and when required regarding employees and departments.
Suggest communication protocols for healthy communication.
Punctual attendance is required.
Accurate, clarity, precision and focused approach.
Skills & Professional Requirements:
You have an A&P certificate
You typically have a minimum of 3 years Structure work experience or substantiated equivalent experience
Proficient in the English language
You have the ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
You have the ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and/or aircraft status
You have your own basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate Inventory and control of tools
You have the ability to obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment (GSE) qualifications as required
You are able to work unscheduled overtime including nonscheduled work days and holidays
You are able to work in seasonal/inclement weather outside
You have experience on corporate jets (preferred)
You have basic PC skills

Documentation & Administration:
Ensures appropriate documentation is completed accurately and on time
Sources required technical information in maintenance manuals
Ability to complete ERP processes and procedures correctly

Compensation is dependent on experience and is negotiable that fits the company needs in terms of Professional Qualifications and skill set.
