Job Description
- Serve as the main point of contact for key client accounts and establish strong relationships with client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into project goals and objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate internal resources and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status updates regularly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement.
